Executive Director | Founder

Eva has been the heart of The Harbor House since 2014. Leading with wisdom and courage, she understands the power of home & community. She is passionate about tending to the hearts of our participants and guiding them in understanding God's great love for them. Eva and her husband Luke have 2 grown children and 1 beautiful granddaughter. Life is FULL and God is good!

Luke Kostal

Maintenance director | Founder

Luke works tirelessly to maintain the beautiful condition of our facilities and oversee ongoing remodel projects. He is a loving example of a husband and father to the Harbor House Community. Together, Luke & Eva are an amazing team, serving in full-time ministry for 37 years and wholly trusting God for the days ahead.

Hannah Falk

Marketing Manager

Hannah is a multi-talented small business owner who specializes in both written and visual media. Her passion is to tell people’s stories in an engaging and meaningful way. She is excited to bring this desire to bear with the ministry of the Harbor House.
